ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON SIX APPLIANCES
CenterPoint Energy's Home Service Plus® (HSP) Maintenance Plan provides you with preventive maintenance on six household appliances you rely on for only $24.95 a month for one year. A skilled HSP service technician will visit your home to perform important maintenance services on your equipment twice during the year: once to help prepare for the heating season, and once to help prepare for the cooling season. The seasonal maintenance visits contain the following valuable services:
Heating season maintenance visit (usually scheduled between September and April)
- Furnace or boiler tune-up
- Water heater tune-up
- Refrigerator coil cleaning
Cooling season maintenance visit (usually scheduled between May and August)
- Air conditioner tune-up
- Clothes dryer vent cleaning
- Bathroom fan cleaning (up to 2)
