CenterPoint Energy’s Home Service Plus is so certain that our customers will value the peace of mind that comes with having the HSP Basic or Total Repair Plan, that can issue this guarantee.
For any covered repair, HSP will fix it right. We will do whatever it takes to fully address and resolve every covered repair situation at no additional charge to you.
If you have not had a covered repair in the first year (under the terms of your Basic Repair Plan or covered Options, or your Total Repair Plan), you may contact CenterPoint Energy’s Home Service Plus before your first anniversary date and request to receive the following 12 months’ coverage at no charge. This offer is valid for new contract purchases dated between September 1 and November 30, 2012.
